Ingredients
  

Almond flour

Protein powder
  • 1/3 cup Protein powder
Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder I like Dutch
Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1/3 cup Melted coconut oil or butter
Eggs or flax eggs
  • 2 Eggs or flax eggs
Sugar or granulated erythritol
  • 2/3 cup Sugar or granulated erythritol
Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips optional

Equipment

  • Oven
  • 8-inch pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease or line an 8-inch pan.
  2. Stir all ingredients well and spread into the prepared pan, using parchment paper to press down evenly if needed.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool to firm up; refrigerate overnight for firmer brownies.

Notes

They continue to firm up as they cool and also firm up even more if you very loosely cover and refrigerate overnight.
