Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 10-inch Bundt Pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil for 2 minutes until mostly smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
- Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a cooling rack and cool for another 30 minutes.
Ganache
- Heat whipping cream in a microwave-safe bowl for 45 seconds to 1 minute, until simmering.
- Pour chocolate chips into the boiling cream and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Whisk chocolate and cream until shiny and smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour ganache over cooled cake and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips in the ganache. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries for an extra touch.
